Guild member and puppeteer Rachel Warr, and the AWG Outreach committee invite you to discover and celebrate the world of marionettes.

Join us at the Art Workers' Guild on Wednesday 3 December for an evening of displays, talks, demonstrations and short performances with marionettes. 

Come and explore:

• Displays of marionettes, from the beautiful to the experimental
• Talks on complex collaborations, apprenticeships and stringed puppets in East Asia
• Hands on opportunities to have a go at puppeteering
• Hands-on opportunities to make a simple stringed puppet from foraged materials
• A selection of short marionette performances from expert performers

Book your place: Entry to our Marionettes celebration is free, but booking is essential as places are limited. You must book a General Admission ticket to gain entry to the Guild.
