Peter Trippi

Peter Trippi is editor-in-chief of Fine Art Connoisseur, the magazine that serves collectors of contemporary and historical representational art. He is also president of Projects in 19th-Century Art, a firm he established to pursue research, writing, and curating opportunities. In 2016–17, Trippi co-curated an international touring exhibition about Brother Lawrence Alma-Tadema (1836–1912), and in 2008–10 another about Brother J W Waterhouse (1849–1917). He has authored an essay in the catalogue that accompanies the James Tissot exhibition that will visit San Francisco and Paris in 2019–20.
