Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updated 5 November

The Guild is a Covid-secure venue and remains open to room hire for educational purposes.

We will be holding our prices at their current level until September 2021.  Please see our Notice to Hirers for changes in how we are managing social distancing and hygiene measures.


How to Book:

Please consult the calendar for room availability and contact the Guild Steward, Elspeth Dennison, with any questions about the venue and its facilities. She will send you a booking form and confirm the booking, and you will be invoiced after the event. Cancellations must be made at least one month in advance to avoid being subject to the full cost of room hire.

Members and small organisations or groups which share the values and aims of the Guild may hire rooms at discounted rates. See tariffs and discounts for more information.  Charities with a registered charity number are VAT exempt.
