How to book

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updated 27 May

Due to Government advice on the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Guild is now closed until government policy allows us to reopen. There will be no meetings or lettings during this time. 

If you have a booking arranged with us between April and August 2020 please consider this booking now cancelled.  If you would like to rearrange your booking to another date, please get in touch with Elspeth by email elspeth@artworkersguild.org or by phone 020 7278 3009. 

For bookings from September 2020 onwards - we will review these nearer the time and once we have more information from the Government.

 

How to Book:

Please consult the calendar for room availability and contact the Guild Steward, Elspeth Dennison, with any questions about the venue and its facilities. She will send you a booking form and confirm the booking, and you will be invoiced after the event. Cancellations must be made at least one month in advance to avoid being subject to the full cost of room hire.

Members and small organisations or groups which share the values and aims of the Guild may hire rooms at discounted rates. See tariffs and discounts for more information.
