Art Workers' Guild and the London Open House Weekend and the London Design Festival in September
We now co-ordinate an annual exhibition of current members work for this weekend, so that the public can see what the Guild represents today.
Once again the Guild will open its door for the full weekend. Almost 900 people passed through last year, and we had a lot of positive feedback.
Although the public is very interested in the history of the guild, they are now made much more aware of the Guild’s current members and how we are a living organisation very much involved with contemporary issues, while upholding the values of our predecessors.
This annual event is becoming something to which we look forward and think you will agree that it is a great way of getting involved with the London Design Festival and reaching out to the public at large.
