Bridget has a reputation for combining intriguing ideas and observations of the natural world with her very particular textile and millinery skills. She works from a studio in south London and her artworks have been exhibited at the V&A, Somerset House and the Royal Academy.

Background: she studied textiles at Farnham – always a strong influence in her work, and made her first millinery collection in 1984 for Jean Muir. Bridget co-founded Bailey Tomlin Millinery (1989 – 2010), selling to clients from Liberty to Saks Fifth Avenue.

Bridget has an international reputation for her masterclasses in her textile and millinery techniques, and for her methods of teaching her unique skills.
