Introduction
Sally studied painting at the Central and Byam Shaw Schools of Art in London. She subsequently learnt the techniques of stained glass, and has been making windows and screens for churches, houses and public buildings for nearly thirty years. Although her glass designs are original, they respect the buildings in which they are placed.
Key projects include glasswork for the Princess of Wales Conservatory, Kew Gardens, and screens for the Lloyds/TSB headquarters in London. She has made a number of new church windows: those for the Church of the Good Shepherd in Tadworth, for St. William of York Church in Sheffield, the Millennium window for St James’s Church, Rowledge, Surrey, and a Magnificat window for St. Mary’s Church, Batcombe, Somerset.
